Below is the mail sent to panasonic helpline
Dear sir/madam,
We wish to bring to your kindly notice in reference to the the complaint registered on 2nd july 2016 vide
Complaint no. r[protected]f, we were informed by the service centre engineer that the faulty a board is not available with the company.
We are absolutely shocked and astonished at the fact that such expensive tv models go obsolete in mere
2-3 years time frame and no parts are available with the company.
This particular model of tv th-l42et50d was provided as replacement to us on 10/02/2013.
I would like you to work out the solution for this problem at the earliest.
Furthermore to add we are well aware of the companies policies but at the same time wish to bring to your notice that i am one unlucky unsatisfied cutomer who had spend lot of money to buy panasonic tv and it happened to be the biggest mistake in my life. two times the tv was replaced after wasting lot of time and energy. and now again stand on the same cross roads after three years.
I dont mind paying for the cost of the component, but its nonavailability is what makes me furious and hurts that make be beleive that panasonics brand is one pathetic tv product.
I request you to kindly resolve this issue asap.
