Panasonic — fridge | |||||
This is with regards to a fridge we purchased on 05/06/2018. Since day one we have had serious condensation issues in the fridge which are on the extreme end. With regards to the same there have been 5 complaints lodged till date . For the 1st 4 complaints your technician came and tried to sort the matter without any success . They kept telling us that this is a normal level in any fridge. I have highlighted to them that we too have been using fridge of different brands since past 37 years and never have we encountered such level of condensation . However your technicians refused to accept this . During my 5th complaint I requested a senior person to come and visit and asses the situation. 3 weeks back the technician came and acknowledged the fact that there is a defect in the fridge and that’s why this is happening . He offered to repair the fridge to which I declined . Please note that this is a brand new fridge and I refuse to get a repair done for a defect which was not checked for while delivering it to us. I had mentioned in the feed back form that I need a replacement to be done on immediate basis. Since almost 2 months Iam using a defective product without any proper solution from you all and have lost a lot of perishable products in this entire fiasco . Till now there is no solution . Do u want us to go to consumer court to seek compensation and a solution ? Pls let me know as we can do that too.
