[Resolved] Panasonic — Handset P55 Novo
Bought above mobile on 11/1/16. found it manufacturing defective, sent for repairs on 10/2/16 to DKG software solutions, Somdutt Building, Kanpur. Today after 20 days they are saying the mobile is sent to company another 25 days required. The product is not repaired yet.
REQUEST : COMPANY EITHER REPAIR IT SOON OR REPLACE IT WITH THE NEW ONE.
TALKED TO THE TOLL FREE NUMBER OF COMPANY SERVICES. THEY SAY YOUR MOBILE IS NOT REPAIRED YET.

problem is not yet solved so please DON'T mark it RESOLVED. The company is not taking care of after sales service. Panasonic mobile services in Kanpur are very poor they are selling worst products in mobiles.
