Purchased mobile of Panasonic P55 Novo on 11/1/16 within one month found defective and sent for repair of DKG Software and solutions, Somdutt Building, Kanpur on 10/2/16, today is 9/3/16. Till date the service center say that your phone is at head office. It is not repaired yet. Another 20 days are required. REQUEST : EITHER REPAIR IT SOON OR REPLACE IT WITH THE NEW ONE. Bought the mobile on 11/1/16 within one month it is found defective sent to service center on 10/2/16. Today is 9/3/16. The service center say your mobile is at head office. They say THEY DON'T KNOW WHERE IS THE HEAD OFFICE. It will take another 25 days for repairs.
REQUEST : EITHER REPAIR IT SOON OR REPLACE IT WITH THE NEW ONE.
