AS i Panasonic User i had purchased a Mobile Model No. Eluga L 4G in the month of October 2015 after 10-15 days facing the problem just Handset not working, when visited to Panasonic Service center Palwal they informed that software is missing. after that i had submmited the handset at Panasonic Service center Palwal . on 31 oct 2015. They provide the time of 10 Days for solution, after a long time & many conversation with Customer care department every time they giving me time for 10 days 7 15 days . But, still problem is there . i had not received my Handset & not any response from your side. Handset EMI No. .[protected]
