The complaint towards the first TV having lines on the screen was attended to and the TV was replaced.The same lines now found on the replaced TV too.Complaint lodged on or about the 8th of Sept.and engineer visited the house and took photos of the parts and number of the TV and I was promised that the parts will be replaced or the TV.Now, a customer pays half a lac in buying a TV, which is not a small amount.I was on the phone told to buy a new TV again.and some discount of inr 7k will be given, to which I refused as I cannot afford to buy again the TV by spending so much of money on a petty discount being offered.Then the next Tweet that I got was that the part is being arranged, but despite so many reminders on Twitter and fb, no reply is forthcoming.The first TV had passed its one year warranty but was replaced.This replaced set is not even two years old and the same lines are appearing on this TV too.Either the Company has bad manufacturing defect or are expecting customers to purchase their TVs after one or two years on regular basis.This is utter shoddy customer service and the Company does not seem to care.My complaint No. is R[protected] .Please help.
