Panasonic — I am complaining about poor servicing and rude behaviour | |
I went to the service centre of Panasonic today for repairing my phone which had some charging issue in Ranchi. I waited for half and hour and paid a heavy amount for the repair. After half and hour I had to rush back to the service centre because my phone did not stop hanging and I could not use it. they took the phone for repair again, and charged again. Later on the same day after 2 hours I again went there because the problrm still persisted. Now, the have kept my phone for two days and will charge more than 2, 000 for it. I have already paid twice. The rude behaviour and not accepting the mistake from the person sitting there was also extremely unsatisfactory as a Panasonic customer service representative.
