Panasonic — I am complaining to a.c mechanic misbehave

I am umesh kumar my product detail is given below.

Panasonic ac split cuyc12rky3-1.

I have called a panasonic ac mechanic his name pervej, and mobile no. [protected]. My ac is out of warranty so he take 2200.00 to fix my ac. But ac is still not cooling. After that i called and told him my previous problem and then he abuse me & put down my phone.
Kindly cooperate us as soon as possible.
