I have submitted my panasonic mobile model - panasonic eluga ray max 32gb (Imei-[protected]), to panasonic service centre hardoi (U. P) to solve charging problem in my mobile and paid 1000/- as mobile repairing charge on 07 may 2019. But after few months panasonic service center was closed forever. I tried my best to contact each and every person belongingto the panasonic company but found no reply. My mobile was in good condition only it had charging problem. But now company is refused to pay back my submitted mobile and payment. Plz find the attachment of mobile purchase reciept and panasonic service center moblie submit reciept. It had 4 gb ram. Fast charging function. And good batary backup. Etc In the disposal of complaint id no-2513157 submmited on 17/11/2020 Panasonic company offered me panasonic 7i Panasonic company offered me panasonic 7i in the return of panasonic eluga ray max. If you want to return me same unit.. Then mobile features must be same as of peculated mobile panasonic eluga ray max as submitted panasonic cervice center hardoi..
