The door of our microwave oven got damaged and we lodged a complaint through panasonic toll free number. An executive from Pradeep Panasonic attended to the issue. He removed the door and took it along with him saying that it has to be replaced and the replacement will be done in 4 days. Till now the issue has not been attended to. Nor any contact number mentioned in the invoice attends to our phone calls. The service provided by the service provider is pathetic and such service is not expected from a company like Panasonic. We expect someone to look into this issue and resolve our problem.
