Panasonic — Inconvenience faced by customer against purchase of Air conditioner | |||
I Arup Ghosh purchased Panasonic Air conditioner in the month of January...Since it was winter we didn't have to use it...few days ago we used it for the first time and within Half an hour water started seeping into our room from the inner unit.we complained immediately on that day and assured us Engineer will visit within 24 hours.It is the fifth day today but no one has turned up till now.I am writing this to make the headquarters of Panasonic aware of what is going on in the name of prompt after sales service .I have to think twice before buying another Panasonic products Was this information helpful? | |||
