Hello Senior authority Panasonic india, I bought a Panasonic Eluga phone on July 6th 2015 from the first day I was facing problems with the phone. I have Submitted on 26.11.2015 my Panasonic Eluga IMEI No. [protected] to local service centre for within warranty repairing due to some manufacturing defect. Job Sheet No. KJASPDL0861115PI39512. Whenever I call any executive he asks me to wait for 4-5 days, It’s been 1 and half months I still not received my mobile phone repaired and Back.
