Panasonic — Irritating after sales service (Problem is only for battery)

I have purchased Panasonic mobile (model : Panasonic-T41 ) on 14.01.2015
On May. 2015 I faced problem regarding battery backup. So I submitted this mobile to Panasonic Sangli service station on 08.05.2015 ( Job No. KJASPMH026515K36234 ) after long waiting period they told me Mobile sent to company for repair.
Till date no one is able to tell exact loaction/status of my mobile.
