I'm writing to urgently address the ongoing issue I'm facing with the Panasonic company for the gas refill for my fridge.
Despite my previous complaints with company and arranging for a gas refill as suggested by the technician, the cooling problem hasn't been resolved. It's been incredibly frustrating and inconvenient.
To recap the situation, I initially reported the issue to company and arranged for a gas refill as recommended by a Panasonic technician (Paid - 590 + 2148). However, the cooling efficiency did not resolved, indicating that the gas refill process was ineffective in resolving the problem. I understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances can occur, but it is essential to rectify the situation promptly to ensure customer satisfaction. After 2 days, I have been informed that either the compressor or a specific plate needs replacement and for that, we will charge around 11000+ but currently parts are not available. I have already incurred expenses of 590 for the technician's visit for diagnosis and 2148 for the gas refill and few part replacement. Despite raising the issue immediately after payment, I have not received any commitment or solution from the company. We have been facing this problem for over 10 days now, causing significant inconvenience.
I am expecting full refund and resolution from the company. We are suffering because of their poor services and customer support.
