Lcd tv panasonic was sent to authorised service centre at kanpur. Tv was not repaired and was told that it is beyond economical repair. Nothing was given in writing regarding nature of fault nor costs of repairs. Toll free no was contacted and asm kanpur mr tripathi was contacted who promised to sent a mail giving details.
