Panasonic — LED TV | |||
Dear Sir, I have purchased a24 inch LED television from M/s G.K.ELECTRONIC AT VIRAR WEST on 26th OCTOBER 2014. Our LED TV is not work properly. every time popup Menu bar tools & No Video and No sound come to running condition. I have already resister our complain but no action to be taken. my complain no. is R[protected] ON 11.02.2015 TIL DATE TODAY NO RECSPOSE FORM PANASONIC END So, Plz take necessary action immediate. I am talked to Me Satyanarayan & Dawood Mohd. Khan on 20.02.2015 and panasonic Service centre at Synergy Enterprice Nala Sofara west - Mr.Manish both are given promise me to solving problm in 7 Days but till Date no response their end. iam calling many time panasonic call centre they are given same answer every time me. I got a Panasonic TV led TH-50a410d on[protected] which gave technical issues which i did not expected from a new TV within the warranty term and the technician from Panasonic came to fix the issue. Hence i contacted Panasonic customer service and reported the issue and they sent a service Technician on 01-04-15. But still now[protected] the complaint has not been solved .I really got fed up and i should be compensated a new tv for this inconvenience along with the product. My wife as being media person she would recommend this issue seriously. (complaint no R[protected] dated[protected]

I have bought LED TV of Panasonic (32SV6D) on 06.09.14 (Bill copy attached). some problem has been noticed in TV and a complaint was lodged on 19.04.2015 vide No.R[protected]. On 20.4.15 one service engineer came and after checking he told that you have to pay Rs.15000/- payment for repairing. I said that it is in Guarantee period why should I pay for repairing charges. But he said that you will have to pay Rs.15, 000/- otherwise i will not repair it. And he went thereafter without repairing my above said LED TV.
Please tell me what should I do now.
