My service request no. R[protected]. My led tv was not working and i gave a complaint for service centre. The engr who attended the call has informed that the panel has gone and on cost basis only it will be replaced. 10 days after the service centre informed me the cost of the panel would cost around rs.18000/- which also i accepted. But it was not replaced. After 3 days they said the panel was not available and asked me to select from 4 models and informed they will replace the tv itself. I selected one model th-32cs510d and they informed me to pay rs.2835/- by way of dd which i personally handed over to shreeraj electronics (Sorry to mention here that they have not given any acknowledgement) on 27/05/2016. At that time they told me the tv will be replaced in one week. But till date the tv is not replaced. Whenever i contact them they are giving some lame excuses and going on giving various contact numbers. But no response from anyone.
Kindly tell me when my tv will be replaced. I am being forced to go to consumer forum for redressal of this complaint.
