Panasonic — Led tv dust collection inside screen

Dear Sir/Madam

I have purchased 28"LED tv.
There is dust collection inside TV screen.
We have already complained for the same. But technical executive comes & cleaned two times. But the problem persists.
Please help me to short out the issue.

I request you to replace the faulty TV.
