Panasonic — made complaint for picture not showing on 21st july 2020 vide reference no # r[protected] but it has not been close till date | |||
To, The panasonic india This is very unfortunate that we have made a complaint that picture and voice is not coming and completely blank on 21st jul 2020 vide reference no # r[protected], but it has not been close till date. Just want to update a complete story which was made by your service team:- You engineer visited on 22nd july 2020 at my home to check the panasonic led and charged us rs. 590/- for his visiting charges and tell us that part will be repair of our led which has cost rs. 2700/-. I gave him go ahead and said that once you replace part then i would pay complete 3290/- but he hasn’t accept that and want his visiting charges on immediate basis otherwise he will not be able to lock my complain for part. I just paid him to get it replace. After 5 days i just made him call then he said part awaited from his side once part will received by him then after he will replace the part. Since then i just made follow-up but nobody is responded and when they responded couple of days before then they said part is not there in the pan india stock of panasonic and they will not be able to replace it. Now my tv is in dead condition, i just trust on this brand and buy tv 3.7 years back by understanding that it is very good japanese brand and after sales service would be excellent. Now by feeling personal experience with panasonic, i am feeling very helpless and looks like it is fraud made by this company to me. If they have a part problem then why they are selling their product in the market without telling the truth and why they are telling that led which we buying is just use and through and there will not be any after sale service of it. I completely exhausted by making follow up with panasonic service team and it looks they just made fraud to me, so i decide to send a written complain before going to consumer court as i just request you to repair my tv but i am not able to get that. So please let me know the reason to wait and avoid consumer court. Invoice copy of led attached for your ready reference. Was this information helpful? | |||
