Panasonic — microwave touch key pad

I complained about microwave touch pad 5/08/2019 not working. Person mr. Rajesh holding mobile number [protected] taken all invoice no picture etc.. We followed regarding this complain many times but no reply saying they will revert back to us. Today i called again above person rajesh mobile number he stated to ask same questions saying that warrenty i told him he has taken all details during his last visit and i also said why he don't follow up complain he says he don't remember. He also says he don't come henceforth and do whatever i want. I really surprised how these people work this organization. Don't care about customer complain and making customer to suffer.
Kindly take action against this guy and keep staff who really care about customer complaints.
