This complaint is with regards to the fraud and liars in Panasonic Call centre team. Specially Mr.Babloo Jaiswal and Mr.Devrath Mongia who denied help and cooperation and when asked to transfer the call to seniors, they lied that position of the senior is vacant, also told that other senior had left the job, which is utter lies and such annoying behavior in service industry is not at allacceptable.
Mr.Babloo Jaiswal and Mr.Devrath Mongia should be taken to task immediately for cheating customers. Such liars are a blackmark to the company and there is absolutely no response to any of my emails to the escalation desk. Please help. Was this information helpful? |
