Panasonic — Miserable LED TV and after services. | |||
Dear Sir/Ma'am, I bought a Panasonic LED 32A410D (TP) from Navrang, vikas marg, laxmi nagar, Delhi-92 on 19th October 2014 and it started to create problem from 22nd October 2014, very next day to it's installation. I raised a complaint for Electric earthing and poor picture quality on 24th October 2014 & I was assured that there will be some action within couple of days but nothing has been done till now. Your engineer did visit the site & stated a new LED will be provided to me within couple of days. He generated a report & also spoke to his supervisor at the same time but then there was no action at all. I did get a call on 04rd November 2014 stating the LED is out of stock as of now and it will take more time. Also, my LED is not yet registered for 2 year warranty till now. This is an example of poor after sale service by Panasonic & it is not going to increase buyer's trust at the brand. So, I request you to take action on this complaint as soon as possible.
