Panasonic — Mixer got repaired with in 10 days

I bought Panasonic mixer grinder with max ac300S in India on Jan 27th and got repaired within 10 days and it is not working now . They charged 7000 rs for the same. Now I am in USA with that mixer . I cant even go back to india . Panasonic is one of the worst customer service I never face in my life. I reset the mixer and tried many ways still it is not working. It is having 5 years warranty but gone in 10 days.i bought this mixer from suvarna home appliances which is located in kavali (worst dealer). He used to cheat people like this only. Lot of my friends told me not to buy from him but I don't have time so I just bought from suvarna. I spent more amount on this 7000. They should not cheat the people like this future. Appropriate action should be taken against dealer "Suvarna Home Appliances" and Panasonic India co. Limited
