Hi, Near about 8 month back purchased a panasonic gd25c mobile phone. at the very beginning which was working fine. after a month start giving white screen in between, while end of the call, after a week giving white screen even at the time of call also. then after a month its start giving some software updating screens. finally which got full dead on 7th month. When i given the phone for servicing on iQor mg road gurgaon (panasonic authorized service center) on 22nd December 2015. A lady named Vineeta, she agreed to provide my phone back within 7 to 10 days. On 4th Jan 2016 when i contacted they informed they need one more week. Same time when i contacted panasonic customer care. they where saying the phone not reached there head office for servicing. Still these days there was no response from iQor service center or even JainaIndia or from panasonic.
