Pl. refer the subject. I am struggling to get my defective brand new mobile (under warrantee) since last 4 months by personal visit to service center (East of Kailash, New Delhi), your call center and by mails. You can not imagine the amount of patience required to spk to you call center and to deal with very ridiculously irresponsible behaviour of the service center. All is severe harassment to a poor customer of panasonic. I puchased mobile in Jan-15 and it started mall-functioing (self running screen). I was told by service center that touch will be replaced and I should wait for 45 days (this 45 days is a std.no. of days to service). Till today part has not come to service center. 100 phone calls/so many visits to service centre and pre-recorded answer on mails is a horrifying experience from Panasonic.
