Panasonic — Mobile issue is not sorted and more than 2 months mobile is with the service center | |||
I had ordered Panasonic P55 on 21st November 2014 ( OD[protected].I received it on December 1st. I had given the mobile to service on May 23rd 2015 at Annai electronics Panasonic service center in Tnagar for the battery and motherboard issue for over heating and battery discharging issues service request number given in thta center is 2507 & 3078. I don't know what they did they returned it after 1 month and i had the same issues from the day i got it back. I gave the mobile back to service center on 4th June they said they will check and will do the needful. Till now its in Delhi they say. I need a working phone and i am without phone for more than month now. Either give me a new working phone or make this phone working and the warranty extended, since i had several issues with the phone. it is not even 6 months old. I thought PANASONIC is a good and trust-able brand. But you guys are making me wander how many calls and how much journey and agony i have due to this issue. people buy mobile to day to day use not to sleep in service centers Was this information helpful? | |||
