I bought above mobile on 11/1/16. Your Service Center DKG SOFTWARE AND
SERVICES SOLUTIONS, situated at Somdutt Building, Kanpur found it defective
and took if for service on 10/2/16. Please see that within one month it went
defective.
The above service center say it will take another 25 days.
REQUEST : IF IT CAN'T BE REPAIRED EARLY. PLEASE REPLACE IT WITH
THE NEW ONE.
I AM IN A STRONG NEED. I AM A HIGH BP PATIENT . DOCTOR ADVICED
ME TO CARRY A MOBILE. ANY MISS HAPPENING OCCUR WILL HELD
YOUR COMPANY RESPONSIBLE.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE PROBLEM IS NOT BEEN RESOLVED. THERE IS NO RESPONSE FROM THE COMPANY. THEY STILL NEED ANOTHER 25 DAYS TO REPAIR. I NEED THE MOBILE. EITHER THEY SHOULD REPAIR IT SOON OR REPLACE IT WITH THE NEW ONE.

Worst mobile company. Worst Service Center in Kanpur. They have looted me. First they were not taking
my complain. Since two months of my purchase I cannot use it.
Service Center say it will take another 25 days for repairs. PLEASE DO SOMETHING OR REPLACE WITH NEW ONE.
