Panasonic — Mobile - panasonic eluga switch 4g not working — reliance gio network

Dear sir,

I have purchased panasonic mobile eluga switch, but in that 4 G is not working, I have visited the service center at nanded and they have updated the software but still it is not working --in Reliace GIO network. and the same SIM card is working with other mobile.

I have purchased this mobile because of 4G only . please help and resolve the issue.
