Panasonic — Mobile Phone (Eluga L) Blank LCD, No Display

This is to inform you that i purchased Panasonic Eluga L on[protected] from Star Communication, K100A, Lower Ground Floor, Lajpat Nagar-2. its only 43 days from now and my new handset stopped working. There is no display coming and it seems to be a blank LCD. I went to a Panasonic Service station which is JMV Technosol Pvt Ltd. 252, Sant Nagar, East of Kailash, New Delhi-110065.(PH No#[protected],[protected], [protected]) and showed my handset to them. They said that there is some problem coming with this model and they are receiving so many complaints for this particular model. They said they will send my phone to Banglore and it would be handed to me in 45 days. i asked them that how would i manage without my phone as i only have a one. They replied its a company policy. i asked them to provide me at least a replacement or some other smart phone till the time i wont get my phone fixed. they said they dont have any alternate and i have to manage it on my own. They became rude and said they cant do anything. I just wanted to know that is it my mistake that i trusted Panasonic and purchased the ELUGA L 4G for Rs 13, 260. This is not at all justified that Panasonic is breaking its customers trust and spoiling its name and goodwill. I am very upset and saying this with broken heart that i am feeling like cheated. Please either provide me the new handset or refund my money. I will not wait for 40 days as it is not my fault. Thank You! Rami
