Updated by shivam shingh Sir, touchpad of my mobile phone panasonic t40 was cracked so i submitted my mobile on 18th may 2015 for repair in service point in allahabad, uttar pradesh name BRBM Teleservices . They told me that it'll be repair in 10-15 days.But till i didn't get my mobile.even they don't give me a specific date every time I call them they told me that my mobile is in company and it will take 10 more days . so please take my complaint and resolve me my jobsheet number KJASPUP1401215PI29245:
