This is to inform you that I have taken a mobile model "ELUGA I "on dated 26/01/15 from your respective dealer "M/S sree infocom" vide IMEI No- [protected].But now from last one month I am unable to use my mobile due to some problem like "touch key not working and battery backup".
For this cause I have visited your authorised service center and they told me to wait some days for part replacement code call id#1633 but 15days already over but till date again service center told me wait wait and wait.Can you confirm how much time I will wait for this problem?
