I bought one bottom freezer refrigerator from an authorised dealer, NANTHILETHU, KOLLAM, model NR-BW465VNX1, 21/08/2012 for Rs.43, 700/- Its stop working from 15th December 2015 and I lodged a complaint at the service centre Via Tool free . My compaint ref- is R[protected].When ever I am asking the status of repair, I am getting excuse that parts has not arrived yet. Since now more than one month is over, neither I did't get my refrigerator repaired nor serviced .How is it possible to give a negative response to the customer always like a reputed company like PANASONIC ? It is really surprise ?
