Panasonic — my Panasonic LED 32inch is not working, purchased on 2nd march 2015, 3 months back but not repaire or replace yet.

I have purchased Panasonic LED 32 inch on 2nd march 2015 (3 months back) and its not working since 20th june 2015, i have complaint regarding same but not repaired or replace yet. My complaint number is R[protected]. Every day they are saying part is not recieved from the company. I have purchased your product at 28000/- rs. And its having technical problem within 3months. If you r sending the part on time then its your responsblity to replace it. Unnessery companies brand name is getting spoiled.
