Panasonic — My split panasonic 1.5 ton ac repaired 10 times in the 1st year of purchase | |||||
My ac panasonic split ac 1.5 ton is repaired 10 times since its purchase march 2016. 1. To remind you that i have been sending emails this is the 10th time my split ac is repaired by your Technician and has failed and 1. There is absolutely no cooling and our holy month of ramzan has started and we have the ac which does not work. 2.in the job sheet dated 16th may 2017 very clearly i have mentioned that if after this repair if the ac fails. Please replace the inferior quality product. 3. Even if after 10 times of your technician visits and repairing if your own company technician cannot repair their own company panasonic ac then it is a point to think over. 4. Also i want to know how many cases like mine your company is attending. 5. I want to know will this faulty ac be replaced or no it is become more like a joke that after repairs how Long will the ac work after repairs. Because even your company technician does not know because otherwise he would have given in writing So i want to know what your company is going to do about this Was this information helpful? | |||||
