It was horrible experience by purchasing Panasonic AC (Croma Order no. - SOA[protected] dt 29.05.2023).
Within 2 months o[censored]se, AC started repair work. Panasonic Engineers visited my home to check AC problem and went by saying PCB is damage. Since then more than a week now we are following up with Panasonic engineers and they are just telling us parts are not available.
Even I am sending email to Panasonic escalation email but not is responding. Was this information helpful? |
