Panasonic — new mobile receiving problem | |||
We gave our Panasonic eluga a2 for repairing to DIYA TELECOM, after 10 days they told us that this phone cannot be repaired and told that give it to the place from where you bought it and take your new mobile . when we went to the shop they asked for a monogram letter which was not given to us because of this we could not give a new device So pls help us in receiving our new device.
