Panasonic — new phone bought is not working | |||
I have revently brought a Panasonic Eluga Ray 700 handset and am getting a problem with this phone ever since I have brought it. The handset is not catching any network irrespective of the sim card being used. I have submitted the handset to your service center but there has been no positive response from them. The services are pathetic, I have been forced to go to the center and even call them multiple time yet they haven't been able to resolve the issue with the handset. Day after day I have been given commitments that the parts will come and the handset will get ready I still haven't got the handset from the service center from over a month. I regret buying a Panasonic handset. Worst services I have seen so far!!!
