Panasonic — No response by panasonic service center

I Am very des pointed by the employ of the Panasonic and also by the Panasonic call center .. On POP date[protected] I Give my phone Panasonic T41 to the service center of Panasonic that is ANURAGNI ELECTRONICS SECTOR 27, NOIDA(UP).. for the the damage of touch .. they said they give to me my phone on[protected] .. but today date is 16 jan and than he said .. your touch is not coming from Panasonic, , he said contact to the call center of panasonic . i call so many times in call center but they daily give me same words, they said i arrange a call back from us please wait.. but they didnt call me a single time, After 20 january .m going to the out of the city..before that i want to get my phone...so plz give a responce..
