I had registered for ac repair complaint on 6th sep. 2022. Job id: R[protected]. I called up the customer service om 7th September 2022 around 11 am stating that nobody had called me regarding ac service. But the gentleman on the other end told me that I had registered the complaint on 6th September 2022 at 11.57 am so please wait for 24 hours. I waited for more than 48 hours and today I again called up the service center as well as the customer service. They gave me a phone no. of their Manager Mr. Francis Raja. But that person is not picking my call and I even sent him message for which there is no response.
Today it's 8th September 2022. 4. 10 pm and I'm still waiting for a call back..
