Panasonic — Non availability of battery of panasonic mobile - model t40 | |||
I have purchased a panasonic mobile set model t40. Although the set is only about a year old just outside the warranty period, its battery has stopped functioning. I tries to get a new battery from panasonic mobile dealers / service centres but the same is not available. Finally, left with no other choice, on 13.06.16, i placed order for the battery with one of the service centres namely arya infotech and paid advance against the booking. Still the battery could not be made available to me nor any definite date has been given as to when the same would be available. My work is suffering badly as my mobile is not working which contains a large number of information. I can not afford to buy a new mobile set just for want of battery in the existing mobile set.In future, i have decided not to go for panasonic mobiles any more. But i need help to atleast put this mobile set in operation. Was this information helpful? | |||
