[Resolved] Panasonic — Not. Providing repair for TV | |||
I purchased a Panasonic TV model TH -L32SV6D in April 2014. The did not power up since 24.09.2014. I gave a complaint on their toll free number. Complaint no is PI-ASC[protected]. Dated 24.10.2014. The service person came on 29.10.2014. He told some board is at fault and took the same for replacement. Till date I have not received any intimation about the status. I call their toll free service daily but have not received any proper answer. Since the warranty period is still there, I want replacement of the TV. Was this information helpful? | |||
