Panasonic — Not Trustworthy service from Panasonic | |||
Panasonic P55 IMEI No. : [protected] dead mobile given on repaired on 26/02/2015. even after 2-1/2 month not repaired, company asked for replacement against DOA which I submitted complete box with all accessories on 14/5/2015 with Kaiser electronics service centre at Mumbai. They given replacement of Eluga A IMEI No. [protected] against P55 on 19/05/2015 saying panasonic sent Eluga A due to p55 not in stock. and It has same features of P55. When I checked the mobile at home, It was not satisfactory mobile compare to P55. facing such incident It prove panasonic is not trust worthy company not given good product to the consumer. I had purchased eluga turbo mobile last month, ad it was working well in starting but after 15 days probelm of heating to much even in data off and during charging .
