[Resolved] Panasonic — P42ut50d pana plasma extremely poor service
I HAVE BEEN MAKING FREQUENT COMPLAINTS FROM 29TH JULY 2016 AND THE SERVICE REPAIR SEEMS TO BE DONE TEMPORARILY. THE WARRANTY EXPIRES ON 22ND SEP 2016 AND I WOULD HAVE MADE ATLEAST 5 TO 6 COMPLAINTS SINCE THEN BUT THIS FREQUENT PROBLEM OF THE SAME PROBLEM IS VERY DISSATISFYING
SERVICE REQUEST NO R[protected], R[protected], R[protected], R[protected], R[protected].
NOW THE LATEST COMPLAINT NO IS R[protected]. Post which i am informed that the part is not available and they can replace the product. Later they tell me that i need to pay for the balance amount as only 50% of the purchase price will be adjusted towards the replacement. This is unjustifiable then what purpose does a warranty product solve

They agreed to my request and replaced the TV with no cost to me so i am satisfied with the result
