Dear sir

I had purchased this model p55novo mobile on 09.11.2015 and from next day I am trying to show my problem but not getting any response from the store from where I purchased and I spoke to toll free customer care he told me visit the service centre and I went, but I found the same issue of pic and when I said I have the same problem and I am going to complain he said I am prepared like you who claim you cant do anything go and complain any where. this kind of support we are receiving from you people. please provide me the solution
