Respected sir,
On 17th April 2015 the above instrument was given to Chetan communications, Hampankatta, Mangalore 575001 under job sheet no KJSPKT104415K175 sp code KJASPKT104. Its almost a month now since the phone is given for repair and in spite of repeated reminders they are only promising to give the phone as soon as possible. I lost my husband on 4th May 2015 and I was left without a mobile as i had a lot of important contacts in there.
I am already in a desperate situation and if i don't get the phone in the next 2 days i will be forced to go to the consumer court. You may contact me on [protected]
