Panasonic — Panasonic 47"in lcd

I bought 47"in Panasonic LCD 2 years ago costing 78000. And now it is not working.. I called the customer care also regarding this 5-6 months ago.. They said that its out of warranty and I have to pay the amount to repair it and I agreed to pay that amount... Bt after they checked... They said that some DV board is dead. Then I told them to replace it with new one.. They said that they will come back with new DV board... But after few days I called them and they said that DV board of this model is not available all over India.. How it comes? If company is selling the products then why they are not making parts of that model?
Seriously saying worst company in electronics...
Don't buy Panasonic products.
I lost 78000.
