Panasonic — panasonic ac (lu24ukyrn) - complaint unresolved in 6 months | |||
We have been billed with this ac Panasonic 2 ton inverter 3 star split ac (Lu24ukyrn) It took 8 hours to install this ac by mr chitranjan After installation the ac was not cooling at all, on which, the engineer told us it will take 24 hours to start cooling and not to use it before 24 hours. The next day as it was not cooling so we again made a complaint. The same executive mr chitranjan informed us that there was no gas inside it, so he refilled the gas and asked us not to use again for 24 hours. It was working fine on testing next day, but due to cold weather we havn't used it thereafter. Now almost 10 days back we were getting an error f91 and the cooling stops after 15 min o[censored]se automatically. Mr chitranjan visited yesterday and claimed that there is no gas in ac. Now i am irritated due to this product and service offered by panasonic and this is my last email to you regarding the complaint. I believe there is some manufacturing defect or some problem during installation which is non of our concern but company concern. If you are unable to get this problem resolved than i have no other option than taking some legal action. All details are attached herewith the complaint.
