I am alok kumar singh. i purchase my first panasonic brand mobile eluga-a2 june 6, 2016. within 10 days of purchase my mobile screen having problem. i show it your service centre name sky care centre allahabad. they told touch screen having problem. i communicate with mobile support pi. they told that "they try to resolve the same at the earliest. we will get back to you with the exact status". but after 15 days i don’t get the exact status of my panasonic mobile eluga-a2. now they not response to my email also. please assure me to give back my money of panasonic brand mobile eluga-a2.
