Panasonic is really pathetic when it comes to customer service and after sales service... I have a panasonic inverter fridge which is out of warranty.. I had registered a complaint for a ticket to be resolved on the 14th may by calling the customer care.. I was given a number for a service centre which i had to chase to get a technian to check the fridge who did the same and ordered 3 parts as per his requirement for which i have no tracking and no update on.. It's been 4 days since the parts were ordered i have neither been notified nor advised on an approximate date of when the parts will be received. I have to call the contact centre who have no idea and just pass the ball to the service centre by giving me a number which later turns out to be a wrong number.. Disgusting service.. My uncle is a dealer in refrigerators and i am a blogger.. I am gonna ensure panasonic dosent thrive in the electronic sector atleast cause of this sad attitude for after warranty service Was this information helpful? | |||
