Panasonic — Panasonic Eluga I - Service Complaint | |||
Hi, I am Lokesh using Panasonic mobile since 4 Months, I got problem with touch pad so I gave it to service centre in Gurgaon on[protected], its been 45 days I found no solution. I called customer care many times, they can only tell the status as PARTS NOT AVAILABLE... I am pissed off with this kind of reply. Please some one help me. If someone provide Higher authority E-mail/Number of Panasonic company It would be much help. I never expected this kind of Service from Panasonic. Please suggest me How to take up legal complaint against this company. There should be some TAT for the company policy.. Its really pathetic. Please consumer Complaint forum do something on the issues which are lined up.
